This is Minami Kyushu Umeemon's specialty course! In addition to charcoal-grilled fresh Miyazaki chicken slaughtered that morning and other chicken dishes such as chicken nanban, this fulfilling course also includes grilled Makurazaki bonito over straw and motsunabe ♪ *We also accept a la carte orders outside of the course!
